    Couldn't find an email address for you (although it was likely right in front of me the whole time...ha ha!) so I thought I would leave you a comment here. You asked about the collar version on that baby sweater. The instructions are kind of hidden, but it's right above the section called "Begin yoke".
    "For collar only version, cast on 50 ( 54, 60, 64,) sts. Work in
    garter stitch for 2 1/4 ( 2 ½ , 2 3/4, 3) inches."
